Trade licence or commercial registration, VAT or tax certificate, company profile with references, audited financial statements for the last two years, certifications such as ISO 27001 or OEM partner levels, a bank reference letter and, if you want to sign immediately, the signatory's ID or power of attorney.

Documents are stored in HCT's own systems in the UAE, seen only by the partnerships and finance teams, and used only for due diligence. Please do not upload bank account numbers or card details. Banking details are exchanged only after the agreement is signed.

Who can become an HCT partner?
Prime contractors and system integrators, resellers and distributors, technology and OEM vendors, delivery partners and referral partners with a registered legal entity, active in the UAE, the GCC or the wider Middle East and Africa.
How long does onboarding take?
Our target is 5 working days for due diligence on a complete application, followed by an NDA and partnership agreement signed by e-signature. Most partners are working on their first opportunity within two weeks.
Is there a fee to join?
No. There is no joining fee. Commercial terms are agreed per opportunity: HCT provides its base price and you set your margin, or a referral fee is agreed in writing.
Can HCT support a tender that closes soon?
Yes. Tell us the deadline in the form. For urgent bids we can start the technical response in parallel with due diligence once the NDA is signed.
What happens to the documents I upload?
They are attached to your application in HCT's own systems in the UAE, reviewed only by the partnerships and finance teams, and used only for due diligence under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
