A visionary leader with over 15 years of experience in telecommunications and sustainability, Salah has built HCT Group from a Dubai startup into one of the MENA region's most influential telecom system integrators. Under his leadership, HCT has secured 50+ successful 5G deployments, forged 300+ global partnerships with industry leaders including Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, and Viettel, and invested $25M+ in regional innovation.
Salah launched HCT's groundbreaking Network Zero initiative - a Circular-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform focused on decarbonizing telecom infrastructure through reuse, refurbishment, and responsible recycling. His vision positions HCT at the intersection of connectivity and sustainability, proving that net-zero networks are the fastest route to profitable growth.
