Public Apology to Professional Communication Corporation (Nedaa)

High Cloud Technologies L.L.C. (HCT Group) sincerely apologises to Professional Communication Corporation (Nedaa) for content previously published on this website, which contained inaccurate statements, including references to Dubai Police and comparisons with TETRA radio networks.

We recognise that this content was incorrect and could harm the reputation and standing of Nedaa, the government corporation established under Law No. (9) of 2008 and the provider of wireless communications to the Dubai Police General Command. This was never our intention, and we sincerely regret it.

The content concerned has been removed from all pages of this website, in English and Arabic. HCT Group undertakes not to refer to Nedaa, its clients or its networks, and not to publish comparisons with TETRA, in any public material without Nedaa's prior written approval. HCT Group fully respects Nedaa's mandate and its role in providing and unifying communications for government and semi-government entities in the Emirate of Dubai.
