Job Purpose:

To drive revenue growth and market expansion by identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities within the telecommunications sector, specifically focused on antenna solutions. Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and key industry stakeholders, positioning the company’s offerings as preferred solutions, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and commercial success.

Experience in Telecommunication or IT sales or solutions, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand regional telecommunications accounts, specifically within the antenna solutions Business.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in line with strategic growth objectives
  • Drive initiatives to enter new accounts and increase market share across the telecom sector.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), including C-level executives, board members, and directors.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and partnership agreements to secure favorable terms and long-term commitments
  • Maintain accurate records and lead tracking using CRM tools to ensure pipeline visibility and follow-up efficiency.
  • Deliver compelling business cases and technical solution presentations tailored to high-level audiences, influencing purchasing decisions.
Essential Requirements:
  • Fluent English with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong background in telecommunications sales/business development.
  • Experience in pitching and presenting to senior leadership teams.
  • Solid understanding of mobile network infrastructure, particularly antenna elements.
  • Proven experience in CRM management and lead generation.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.

You will leverage LinkedIn and other professional platforms to connect HCT Group with potential clients, partners, and outsourcing talent across the UAE and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute personalized B2B outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and other social channels
Identify and engage C-suite executives, procurement managers, and business owners relevant to HCT Group's service lines
  • Craft compelling connection requests, InMail sequences, and follow-up messaging that drives response rates
Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent social engagement and thought leadership activities
  • Monitor and report on outreach KPIs including connection rates, response rates, and qualified meetings booked
Collaborate with the Business Development team to align messaging with HCT Group's brand voice and value propositions

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B social selling, LinkedIn outreach, or digital business development
Proven track record of generating qualified leads through social platforms
  • Strong written communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation tools, or CRM platforms
